Delivery Area

We ship from our location in Valencia (Spain) exclusively to Germany. We do not currently offer shipping to any other country.

Customs and Taxes

As Germany is a member of the European Union, all prices include statutory value-added tax (VAT). No additional customs fees or import duties apply to your order.

Shipping

We offer the following shipping options:

Standard shipping (via regular postal service)
Express shipping (for faster, guaranteed delivery)

Standard shipping is free on orders over €39.

For standard shipping, you can expect a delivery time of approximately 1 to 6 business days, depending on the destination country. Exact delivery times may vary depending on the postal network of the destination country; we cannot guarantee a fixed delivery time for standard shipping.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number by email.

Order Processing

We ship on business days (Monday through Friday) from our location in Valencia. Orders received after 12:00 PM are generally processed on the following business day. Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Options

We offer two shipping options at checkout:

Standard Shipping - free delivered within 4-5 business days.

Express Shipping - 2,95 euros, insured and delivered 3-5 business days.

Changing or Canceling an Order

Please make sure your delivery address is correct. Once an order has been shipped, we can no longer guarantee changes. In this case, please contact us with your order number at info@corelyric.com.

Warranty
