Tip: Keep the original packaging until you're sure you're keeping the item. Action: For a smooth return, the item should be unworn, unwashed, and have all tags attached.

Right of Withdrawal & Information

Return period: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund, store credit, or exchange.
Refund process: Choose your preferred option (refund, store credit, or exchange) as part of the return process.
Condition of goods: Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including all tags and original packaging.

Refund Information

Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your notice of withdrawal or proof of return, and will be automatically credited to your original payment method. Defective items: Please report any damage or defects promptly, along with a brief description and a photo, to info@corelyric.com. Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
